For customers in the United States, sales tax will be applied at checkout based on the shipping address, as required by law. For international orders (including UK), the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

SECTION 6 - PAYMENT TERMS: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (SSL). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in the state of New Mexico.
