All orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

We ship worldwide, with specialized services for our customers in the United States (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK).

3. SPECIFIC DETAILS FOR USA & UK MARKETS
For orders destined for the United States and the United Kingdom, we ensure that standard customs procedures are managed to maintain our delivery window of 5 to 10 business days after processing.
4. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to our automated logistics system, once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- Please double-check your shipping address and selected items before completing your purchase.
- If you wish to return an item, you must wait to receive it and then follow our official Return Policy.
5. GUARANTEED SHIPPING (PACKAGE PROTECTION)
By selecting our Guaranteed Shipping option, your order is fully protected against loss or theft during transit. If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
7. WHAT TO DO IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM
Track Your Package: All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided via email. Please use this number on the carrier’s website to confirm the current location of your parcel.
Contact the Carrier: If the tracking information indicates that the package has arrived in your area but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail). Occasionally, packages are left with a neighbor or at a local pick-up point near your address.
Request a Lost Package Investigation: If the package cannot be located or appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date. We will open an official investigation with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Submit an Incident Report: If you have not received your package and more than 7 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@thebellelab.com with your order number, tracking details, and a brief description of the issue. We are committed to resolving these situations promptly.
Replacement or Refund: If the investigation confirms the package is lost or if the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer you a full replacement or a complete refund, depending on item availability and our return policy.
