- Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered by the customer will not be accepted (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

- We do not charge restocking fees.

- Clear photos of the issue. Our team will evaluate the request and offer a full refund or a free replacement.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Beauty or hygiene products that have been opened or have a broken seal.
- Hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable items.
- Gift cards.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery point/post office.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
8. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return:
