You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your items.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered by the customer will not be accepted (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty or hygiene products that have been opened or have a broken seal.

  • Hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable items.

  • Gift cards.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

8. REFUNDS
