Return Period
Customers who have placed an order in the United States or United Kingdom can return their purchased items on The Belle Lab within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Worn or damaged items will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage sustained during delivery.
How to Make a Return?
Returns are accepted exclusively for orders in the United States and United Kingdom.

Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions as well as the return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a product error or a defective item. No restocking fees apply.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, the wrong size, or a damaged product, please contact us promptly at info@thebellelab.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
Our team will review your request and offer a replacement or a full refund. This service is valid only for orders in the United States and United kingdom.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Belle Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it:

Check with your neighbors or at the local pick-up point/relay station.
In the event of an address error, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item:
