Shipping and Delivery Policy

When will my order be processed?

  • All orders are prepared and shipped exclusively from our local warehouses in China

  • Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during sales periods or holidays.

  • We process orders from Monday to Friday.

  • Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase and are shipped the following business day.

  • Important: Once 8 hours have passed after your order confirmation, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

  • If you wish to return an item, please wait for its receipt and follow our return policy.

  • If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible; once the order has been shipped, no further modifications can be made.

  • We do not ship packages on weekends or public holidays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • United States & United Kingdom: After processing, delivery takes an average of 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location.

Important Information:

  • Carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

  • If your order is processed on Friday after midnight, it will most likely be shipped the following Monday.

What to do if you do not receive your item?

At TBL, we are committed to ensuring all orders reach our customers quickly and securely. However, in exceptional cases, delays or delivery issues may occur.

Steps to follow if you do not receive your item:

  1. Check Tracking Information: Use the tracking number sent via email to confirm the package's current location on the carrier's website.

  2. Contact the Carrier: If the tracking indicates the package has arrived in your region but you haven't received it, contact the carrier directly. Packages are sometimes left with a neighbor or at a nearby relay point.

  3. Request a Lost Package Investigation: If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the shipping date to open an investigation with the carrier.

  4. Submit an Incident Report: If you have not received your package and more than 7 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, please fill out our incident report form in the customer service section or email us at info@thebellelab.com.

  5. Replacement or Refund: If the investigation does not resolve the issue or the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on item availability and our return policy.
